Fix for Common Diagnosis Search Issues
- NextGen Healthcare Customer Support has identified a resolution to a common problem being reported by many clients. When encountering a problem with the diagnosis search functionality, such as being unable to view ICD-10 codes, or receiving an error message when trying to search for a diagnosis, rerun the CDL. We have found that, at times, the CDL does not always complete successfully, and running it a second time will usually resolve the problem.
